In a world of advancements in technology, globalization, partnerships and interactions amongst nations, severe environmental problems and humanitarian crises, there must be leaders who will build the future.
Currently, we feel people are engaging in leadership activities for the wrong reasons or do not know how to apply their innate leadership ability because they do not know the foundations of leadership.
Education is key, but without the right education we will continue to experience a steep decline in our lifetime and put the future generations on a perilous path.
This program is designed to give students a chance to take courses in a wide variety of topics. Courses cover both academic and non-academic subjects. The classes are designed to be fun and interesting for students and to offer them an opportunity to learn about something in which they’re interested.
The Program focuses on three (3) thematic areas such as:
(i) Spiritual and Character Development
(ii) Skill and Leadership Development and
(iii) Institutional Development
Students after completing this Program are going to leave the Institute a different person because we give God the liberty to come in and work in their life.

Objectives
- To provide support for community mobilisation leadership to address challenges confronting the community such as water and sanitation, health, environment resource conservation and restoration, education and local governance.
- To support persons with business and creative ideas to develop such ideas and create business models for implementation.
- To identify and support young and old entrepreneurs to translate their ideas and business models for implementation.
- To enlighten students with the basics of leadership concepts and to support them to develop self-confidence through mentoring, motivation, coaching and practice with successful and experienced personalities.
- To provide knowledge of the principles of God’s word and an impartation of the spirit behind the principles of God’s word.
- To remove students from the crowd and make them the solution to the problems, to wipe out their name from that list of those with the problems and put it in the list of the solution providers.

Traditional Leaders, Community Leaders, Religious Leaders, Social and Public Interest Groups, Youth Groups, Managers, etc.
Duration
Four (4) Weeks executive certificate program, and Twelve (12) Weeks for advanced certificate program.
Certification
On successful completion of the Program, both Executive and Advanced students are awarded Executive Certificate of Completion and Advanced Executive Certificate of Completion respectively in Leadership from the Institute or its Affiliates.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should note that the following entrance qualifications are recommended for those wishing to undertake this program. A first Degree, Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND), SSCE, NVTI, BECE or other.
