The Minister made the observation when he paid an unannounced visit to the residents of the Camp which was made to house them temporarily, to observe how the living conditions of the residents were since the relocation some couple of days ago.
He visited the various families and interacted with them to have first-hand information about how they were coping with life at their new home.
